VIDEO: Charles Rangel’s House Floor Speech on Ethics Charges
Earlier today, Harlem’s 19 term Congressman, Charles Rangel demanded the right to be heard on the floor of the House of Representatives. He is currently facing an Ethics Committee trial and has rejected the advice given by some to accept a plea agreement.
According to CSPAN, “the Congressman apologized for any embarrassment he has caused surrounding his current ethics investigation.”
