African Burial Ground National Monument Visitor Center

The African Burial Ground National Monument’s new Visitor Center will open to the public Saturday, Feb. 27 from 1:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Sunday, Feb. 28 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The normal operating hours thereafter will be Tuesday – Saturday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., except for federal holidays.

The Visitor Center is admission free and includes four exhibit areas, a 40-person theatre and a store and is located on the first floor of the Ted Weiss Federal Building at 290 Broadway in Lower Manhattan.
