**Carl Dix is the national spokesperson for the Revolutionary Communist Party. He was a member of the United States Army, but when he was called to go to Vietnam he refused. He served time in prison as a result of this action.
He then joined the Black Workers Congress where he met Bob Avakian, Founder and Chairman of the Revolutionary Communist Party, and had a life-changing conversation with him.
