The Lorenzo Jackson Fundraiser and 2nd Annual Speed Dating Event

The Lorenzo Jackson Foundation’s Second Annual Speed Dating Charity Event Raises Funds for HIV/AIDS Youth in New York City

The Lorenzo Jackson Foundation, a 501(c) 3 nonprofit community organization, will host its second annual charitable speed-dating event at Boucarou Lounge, located at 64 East 1stst Ave.) on Thursday, February 12th, 2009 from 7pm – 10pm.

Hosted by Hot 97 FM and Fuse Network on-air personality Dee Vazquez, with a special musical performance by Latin Pop and R&B sensation Tha Heights, the Lorenzo Jackson Foundation will bring awareness and raise funds for students and young adults living with HIV/AIDS who wish to pursue a higher education.

A stylish, yet refined singles event, the second annual speed dating charity event is attended by over 250 professional singles and personalities between the ages of 22-54 in corporate, business, entertainment and creative fields and draws a significant amount of media attention. Previous sponsors included Grand Marnier, Luxe Essentials, and Cote d’or. This year’s supporting sponsors include Dr. Miracles, Azad Watches, Ambi, Sonu Water, Redd Entertainment, and Alex: The Magazine.
