Harlem Toy Drive & Holiday Reception To Benefit Local Kids
On Friday, December 19, 2008, Wendell Niles, Will Brown and Friends will host the 3rd Annual Toy Drive and Holiday Reception to benefit underprivileged kids in Harlem. They are collecting new and unused gifts for boys and girls, ages infant to 18. Gifts can include games, music cd’s, sports equipment, art kits, books, gift cards, clothing and accessories.
“Last year’s unprecedented event was heartfelt. With the help of so many caring individuals in our network, we collected more that 2,000 gifts, which were donated to Harlem Hospital Center and various organizations in Harlem” states Wendell Niles, the event’s Founder and President of Niles Advertising.
“I am extremely delighted to co-sponsor this event. Our goal is to fill the gap between those who have and don’t. The sheer thought of making a few kids happy during these difficult times, makes me feel good all over,” states Will Brown, President of Brown Companies & Associates.
There are different ways you can support this worthy cause. Become an “Angel” by collecting toys and donating them on behave of your friends, company, organization or group; or commit to bring a friends to the reception.
