Shape Up New York is a FREE fitness program for the whole family held at local schools and New York City Department of Parks & Recreation Centers around the city.
The program offers various classes and activities to choose from. No pre-registration is required. All classes are one hour in length. Classes run until June 20, 2008.
During the fitness classes, instructors will focus on flexibility, muscle strengthening, and cardiovascular endurance to help students feel healthier and stronger.
