This production depicts the evolution of underground music told through music, dance and spoken-word. Live music by Imani Uzuri and Fertile Ground and choreography by Camille A. Brown, as well as featuring a veritable Who’s Who in the evolution of spoken word including Sharif Simmons, Second 2 Last Poets, Iowan Tribal & Brad Walrond.

Natural Progression, ACT III will be presented Sunday, November 9, 7:00pm at the Aaron Davis Hall’s Marian Anderson Theater at 150 Convent Avenue at West 135th Street.
