		<description><![CDATA[Great insight. I didn&#039;t know Michelle was doing her thing like that. Of course it&#039;s not the headline story in the family. All the more reason I appreciate your post. 

Women are just as smart as men and should be driven to use every talent within. However, I think this piece speaks to the fact that a woman still has a very different role and place in the home that does a man. Women&#039;s rights along with new found career success, drive and determination should add to who we are, not make us into something entirely different for the 21st Century. 

In light of this new information, Michelle seems to be filling the role of &quot;today&#039;s woman&quot; well. Hats off to Michelle!]]></description>
